ghostbusters pro
well, its time for me to ask what's the "correct" value for a GB pro HUO ? (and also to know if i'm mad or not... )
still only very rare feedback on this model, just found only 3 (on various forums we should all know) who seems to have been sold from 5200 to 5550 (while also considering ghosting inserts & clearcoat probs)
as than, for 1 in perfect condition & 100% probs free, is 5500 right on target ? (its 6000 NIB)
dank u

yep Stef, no prob of course, thats why i'm asking, to get others points of view
almost here (its not true on some others pinball places), we can freely debate without beeing unfriendly
talking to my personnal case/pin, with less than 200 games on it, and not "needing" money, i should never let it go for 5000, its seems a nonsense !? and on the other side, also dont forget buying NIB is still a dangerous lotery with actual STERN probs, even more GB...

Re: ghostbusters pro
GB's are tainted goods because of the Stern quality issues. Even if there is no ghosting at this moment, nobody can predict whether it will or will not occur. And without warranty that will always be a gamble. On Pinside, new ghosting pops up every day on older and even new GB's.
If the difference with NIB is only €500, in my humble opinion, it is better to buy NIB with warranty. €5500 to me seems high to me and €5000 seems fair.
My 2cents.

Re: ghostbusters pro
Only the first GB's had problems with ghosting as they were using another playfield manufacturer....
Currently they're back to using the old manufacturer so newer games won't have problems, replacement playfields neither.

@Evert : well, not so sure, i'm with Bram on this point, just read pinside again, as few guys still having probs with latest production PF... or even pity, few have they PF swaped by STERN, and these "new" ones are also ghosting

Re: ghostbusters pro
You also have to remember that ghosting is something has been ALWAYS slightly present even on WMS games, Sega, DE, Capcom,....
Everyone is looking with a magnifying glass now on each Stern playfield and I'm sure there are also JJP games that have the same "problem".
It all depends what you call problematic and what not of course.
